RECOVERY AT SOMOS

Recovery at SOMOS is where your body catches up to the work you’re doing.

From sauna and cold plunge to contrast and salt therapy, these sessions are designed to reduce tension, improve circulation, and help you feel noticeably better.

You can come in after class or on its own, whatever your body needs that day. When recovery becomes part of your routine, everything else starts to feel easier.

WHAT IS IT: MEDICAL GRADE CHROMA LIGHT INFRARED SAUNA

A heated infrared session that warms your body from the inside out to relax muscles, improve circulation, and support recovery.

WHY PEOPLE BOOK IT:

• Helps release tightness and tension
• Supports detox through sweat
• Improves circulation and mobility

GOOD FOR: muscle tightness, stress, recovery, overall relaxation

BEST USED: After class to extend the workout and deepen recovery, or on its own when your body feels tight and needs to open up

WHAT IS IT: COLD PLUNGE

A brief immersion in cold water that stimulates the body, reduces inflammation, and sharpens focus.

WHY PEOPLE BOOK IT:

• Reduces soreness and inflammation
• Boosts energy and alertness
• Builds mental resilience

GOOD FOR: post-workout recovery, inflammation, low energy, mental reset

BEST USED: Immediately after class for faster recovery, or midday when you need a full reset in energy and focus

WHAT IS IT: SALT THERAPY

A quiet, restorative session in a salt-infused space designed to support breathing, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

GOOD FOR: stress, allergies, congestion, mental fatigue
