RECOVERY AT SOMOS

Recovery at SOMOS is where your body catches up to the work you’re doing.

From sauna and cold plunge to contrast and salt therapy, these sessions are designed to reduce tension, improve circulation, and help you feel noticeably better.

You can come in after class or on its own, whatever your body needs that day. When recovery becomes part of your routine, everything else starts to feel easier.
