The vibe at SOMOS Six Points is one of acceptance and empowerment. This studio is the smaller of the two and thus can pack a punch! Be ready to be met with classes that feel a bit more full than our South Side location.
We are Sugar & Spice, with everything nice! .. Expect everything from gentle restorative to HOT Power at this location. The energy is loving and the classes are fire!

SOUTHSIDE AT 5540 SARATOGA
Our Southside studio is our newest and most spacious location, designed to support both movement and recovery. In addition to a full schedule of hot yoga and strength-based classes, this studio features wellness amenities like a cold plunge, infrared sauna, salt cave, and PEMF therapy.
It’s a space to move, breathe, and reset—all under one roof. Whether you’re here to build strength or slow down, the Southside studio gives you the room to do it, your way.
