Restorative

Restorative Yoga is an approach to yoga that is accessible to all levels of practice. All postures are done on the ground with multiple props so that the body is completely supported at all times. In this Restorative Yoga practice, you will be led through a consciously created sequence of yoga postures and breath work to gently create space in the body. Using props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, you will relax into several Restorative Yoga postures that are held for several minutes at a time. We use mindful breathing and meditation techniques that are sure to leave you calmer and more grounded than when you walked in the door.
